So a hacker incapacitated me and enabled some sort of god like mode, so i can't starve.

IT would apear i have to wait serval hours before i can play again.

Is it a server you frequently play on? If so, you could always ask someone here on the forums to come to your location and shoot you.

Or you could leave DayZ on and tab out to do something else while you starve. Or leave it on for the night.

Sounds a bit odd, try hitting the respawn button when you spawn in-game in order to commit suicide.
