Get "Data file too short" error with Taviana

The full error is

Data file too short 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\@taviana\addons\tavi.pbo'. Expected 589119036 B, got 520058112 B

I get this error whenever I try to join a Taviana server. I've had one attempt work, but got stuck on the "wait host" screen. Any fixes? Thanks.

I've tried deleting the @taviana folder and reinstalling taviana from DayZ commander. I've tried verifying my Arrowhead files off of Steam, and I've tried re-updating everything. Nothing has worked.

have you got the correct version of taviana for the server you are gonna join the hicks version (dayztaviana.com) used a lot by vilayer servers or the other one (dayzland.eu)

from the files path you are using the hicks version try joining a vilayer server to see if you get the same error

So my problem is there are no US servers that are using Taviana, so I have to use the EU version? Okay, I'll try it. Thanks.

New problem. I decided to try the .EU version, but I always get an "invalid download" or something like that right next to the 'install' button.
