G36C SD??

I was in the tower at balota today and a guy comes in and starts shooting, i ended up killing him and picked up a G36C SD off his body. My question is what is the deal with this gun, never seen or heard of it before. Is it some hacked item, that i potentially shouldn't even have picked up?

Depends. Was it private hive? The hives I play on have custom loot tables and the 636C SD is a legitimate drop.

If it was public hive then yes, I believe it was hacked in.

Found one in my first couple of lives on orcon 3, not worth keeping even if it is legit the gun is terrible until you get M4A1 Holo SD (which is also legit on my hive it replaces the pp-19)

There is no holo SD in the standard loot tables... only standard m4a1 cco SD. And as for performance in Dayz I can't even tell a difference between the two, practically speaking.
