If you want really a server without hackers you can simply choose a quite server than you also wont be killed by bandits haha.

Thats dull isn't ? :P

Find a private hive with active admins, this will certainly diminish the worry of hackers. A low pop server would also help from the get go to learn the ropes unfettered from other players. Although, other players are not always a bad thing. Good luck!
