"there is no map and i have no option to spawn near you, i have no fucking clue where to go" and.. Alfarjamie 1 Posted January 8, 2013 still a basic punch, kick or shoving attack to start out with is better than only having the option of moving and looking.It just forces me to use workarounds which could be considered cheating. With a punch i could at least try and knock out someone who is shooting me or knock over a zombie and run... Instead im left with the option of running away from zombies that can run as twice as fast as you and chase you for eternity.. Why dont we have it were we spawn with a half torn map and you have to find other pieces to it? :3I like the idea of torn maps but we shouldn't spawn with one. poprocks 0 Posted January 8, 2013 I love the idea of map fragments! And not just 3 or 4 that always fit together either. How about 3 or 4 different tear patterns such that you may have several different parts of the map that don't fit together? Make it so that you can actually view your fragments to look at terrain features and such but you can't make a way point until you've assembled a complete map. Also waypoints should be disabled for anybody that doesn't yet have a compass. Land nav 101...have map & compass. Of course, find the GPS and you're golden! Batteries? Yes. Solar charging stations? Yes. And speaking of compasses! There really should be a civilian ver. Only beacuse I want variety in the look and feel of the game. Let's see what else? Oh yeah...no starting weapons! I want it to be harder.To get that complex though could discourage too many Care Bears from playing. Critical thinking might just be too hard for many of them. Don't give a shit about anything other than having a way to defend myself at spawn.In a real apocalypse i could pick up any of the millions of rocks and sticks from the floor and use it as a weapon.. having absolutely no way to attack without a gun or proper melee weapon is just stupid, let alone imbalanced.Map fragments is a stupid idea.. who is going around ripping up maps in a zombie apocalypse and leaving them in random places.
