How do you add a forum signature?

Really simple question, it's in the title. Before you say I have searched the forums for an answer but all that came up were errors to do with having a wrong signature in OA and DayZ. All I want to know is how I add it in the forums. Oh and one more thing, if we have a guide or something we want to share with people where does it go in the Forum?

Top right > My Settings > Signautre...

1. On the top toolbar, click your name next to where it says Sign Out, and then select My Profile.
   
2. Click Edit my Profile
   
3. From the sidebar, select Signature
   
4. ?????

Yeah I've got that but I mean like when I'm trying to add it, if I click image it says it doesn't support that site or something, and then I try BBCode and that doesn't work, what did you guys do to add an image? I should've made it clearer sorry

To use image first upload the picture on imgur.

Is it website specific.. ie only imgur ? I've tried signavatar, tinypic, and a few others.

however it seems to only display as a link despite having wrapped it in the tag.

Hello there

Only some image services are "allowed" to display here, otherwise the image will just appear as a link.

I use photobucket for example.
