Screen shaking while moving

Hey im sorta new to dayz but I know the basics. Whenever I move or walk in first person my screen shakes badly. (This is not because i need painkillers) Ive seen videos where peoples arent shaking. I am wondering if there is any way to disable it.

turn down head bob and turn post processing effects down to low stops motion blur as well makes me feel a bit sick

Turn the head bobbing down. Also, if you don't like that blur when you're turning, disable 'Post Processing Effects'.

What they said and also if you're cold...you shake.

go into game options and turn down head bobbing, then go to controls and turn down smoothing, then go into video and turn off post processing.
