Once you get sick, you need antibiotics, founds in hospitals but are rare.

Depends if you are sick or just cold.

Run into Cherno or any major town... someone will get rid of your cold for you.. They will reach out from afar with a virtual lead supplement.. Otherwise the anitbiotics are a wise choice

If you are coughing that means you are sick. Now when you are sick your blood slowly drops until it get down to 6000 then it stops going down. If you eat your blood will go back up but then it will slowly go back down to 6000 again. If you let it stay there for a couple of hours the cough will go away on it's own and then you can eat or get a blood transfusion to bring your blood back up. Or you can try and find antibiotics but they are quite rare. If you decide to let the sickness run it's course you will need to be very careful around the zombies because you will be low on blood until the cough goes away. It will go away on it's own, I've been sick several times and it works. I guess I just don't have enough sense to come in out of the rain and cold. lol

If you are coughing that means you are sick.

This is not entirely true, it is possible to merely have a cough as a warning to being out in the rain, going indoors and taking heatpacks to regen temperature will remove the cough. As someone that runs 10k km in the mountains looking for camps/vehicles I have had this multiple times and never been "sick" needing antibiotics or actually bleeding. I'm familiar with the infected sickness as I have had to gun down my friend twice to prevent infection !!!
