How would you get high enough for them to be effective? Jumping off barn steps to stop broken limb damage?

Everytime i see this thread I think I am Normal! Hindsight on this thread can make you dangerous!

On second thought, this would almost be worth it to watch people dive off the refinery in Cherno and eat shit into the sides of surrounding buildings.
