It's an event that happens periodically, and is similar to the blowouts from STALKER.

If you're outdoors, you get knocked out for 40 seconds, and lose 6500 blood.

Indoors, you simply get knocked out for 40 seconds.

You can find experimental drugs, to prevent any ill effects from the event, allowing you to loot player bodies while they are unconcious and such.

Watch out for Bloodsuckers.

And do the zombies get knocked out as well?

Zeds don't get knocked out. They should though. I believe there should be a more advanced warning. Maybe an air raid siren or simply smaller explosions that occur before the Blowout. At the current state, if your outside, your screwed.

So there's no warning at all that the EVR is about to happen ? What if you just joined the server, how could you possibly know if the next event is in 40 minutes or 40 seconds time ? Are you just going to hang around inside a building until the next event passes ? This is not one of Sumrak's best thought out ideas.

Hold on how would you know anything you havent played the bloody map??? There is a warning, and you get time to get safe not a lot of time but enough.

Yeah this happened to me as well though I was inside. Not gonna lie it was like I was reliving S.T.A.L.K.E.R. XD
