More Environmental Narrative Details.

Recommended Posts

For future updates to the standalone addition of this game. What if Rocket could add in more details into the world that had its own little story? Like when you come into a small town you see signs that it was a small refugee camp. Once inside you start to see a mix of soldier, civilian and doctor zombies, letting you know that this place fell. You could also see signs of shooting and other details to make you wonder "what happened here?"

Things like that could make the already grand feeling of discovery more engaging.

Yes yes and more yes. Suggestions like this remind me of the books of Skyrim (like the one about the red eagle or something and then you actually got to fight the Draugr version of this person and take his sword) that made the game that much more engaging and exciting to be in. Well done sir!

A Prison with paintings and stuff on the walls.

Or a guy in the woods (maybe next to a fireplace and or tent) with a revolver in his hand and 6 dead "Zombies" on the ground next to him, no text needed (this is not my idea someone posted this ages ago)

Maybe like in the Walking dead video game a Parked car in the woods, without fuel but packed with supplies. The lights are turned on an you hear the "Bing Bing" because the drivers door is open.

Exactly! Things of that nature! Anything to enhance the feeling of discovery. It would also make the wooded areas less barren and empty.
