Is the Mi-17 glass bullet proof?

I shot a guy sitting in a stationary Mi-17 in the face five timeswith a CZ 550 and got no results, what's up with that?

The Mi-17 should not be in the standalone.

It is basically impossible to take down and it gives clans a huge advantage ruining the general fun for the rest of the survivors by being so overpowered.

I once shot 7 M107 rounds into the engine block and the pilot said that nothing was damaged. All parts were full green in colour.

Damage went weird on helis once they introduced engine failure since players complained that helis sholdn't always explode hollywood style in OFP when they are hit by one AA missile...at least you can execute an emergency landing.

"actual sniper ammo" is 7.62 usually.

svd = 7.62x54mm

m24 = 7.62x51mm

cz 550 = 9.3x63mm(or 62, or 61, can't remember exactly)

It probably is bullet-proof. Would make sense for a military helicopter. IMO this heli shouldn't be in the game, seems pretty impossible to take down without a m136, or a .50 MG.
