i suggest to download dayzcommander or playwithsix to better managment of the mod and patches..but probably you already read something about on the forum...have a nice experience on dayz!

if you have problems you can always download the files and make things manually, but those programs are really good. if you have some problem search the troubleshooting session of the forum and you'll find everything, also videotutorials

I sometimes run a MP mission with some mates.

As long as you keep the player count down 4 / 6 it works very well on a decent computer from home.
