Killed a guy on some weird PvP server and this happened. Any ideas?

Keep in mind that DayZ is only a mod for another game. So it's far from perfect.

That just looked like some of the typical glitched movements given your position relative to the structure and other items/characters on the ground. You were bleeding heavily then knocked out and killed, and the engine was having a bit of an issue with the proper placement of your body. That resulted in the different animations and movements you seen.
