Use DayZ commander. You can easily switch to 1.7.4.4 using that. Or just wait for the server you play on to update to the 1.7.5.1 patch. -
FPS Lag. 25 FPS in wilderness, 15FPS in small towns and 5FPS in cities.

Thats DayZ. We all struggle with the fps in this game. It should be much better in the standalone however. -
