Hello fellow survivors, just a question about DayZ Standalone.

Will DayZ Standalone be using Battleye? its just that i see some problems with battleye and if DayZ Standalone is not going to be using it then that will give me a huge push towards buying the game.

No, standalone will be using steam so it will NOT be using Battleye, something else,that i do not know of

BE isn't bad, the game is just too easy to script. The thing that will really be combating hackers is the changes to the engine, not the anti-cheat.
