Is it safe to post your GUID in any forums that everyone can see?

Yes. GUIDs were made so players would be easily identifiable in a safe manner.

You cannot be banned by others based on your GUID, and your CD-Key cannot be stolen with it.

Edit; (Even hacking sites will tell you this. Even they know it's not possible.)
