Incredibly happy with this customized mod of DayZ, getting the ability to build things is so awesome, and the tent model shouldve been that way in normal DayZ aswell! :D

1.1 Of DayZ+ will bring with it a completely revamped and rewritten construction system :)

Awesome server ! The UK Server needs more people though, so come on guys! One of the best private hives out there!

What's really needed imo is a modpack that includes all great mods and makes sure they're compatible and balanced as a whole.

Otherwise, all those different mods will start to split the community...

So?? Thats the beauty of private hives...the more choice you have, the better chance you will have of finding one thats balanced just the way YOU like it. In the end, we're all still playing the same game.

My point is:

1) Those mods will be incompatible. You'll have to choose between base building OR crafting OR new items OR...

2) Even if some mods will be compatible, combining them will probably result in a pretty unbalanced mess.

3) It turned out some modders were working on the same features at the same time - probably not knowing that others were doing the same thing.

Wow, just had a quick go and did my usual trick of grabbing a hatchet to fend off the zombies....no chance.

Good stuff, hope to give construction a go soon.

Yes, but there will be another small patch to fix some of the new constructables (DeerStands, Round Fence etc.)

* Protip: Dont try to climb up buildings with very steep roofs :).

* Some constuction objects such as scaffolding appear to be huge when placing but sink into gound when constructed, this is normal as part of the building goes undergorund.

Amazing mod :) I've had fun playing it but I think the zombie damage should be reduced a bit, from 12k blood I was hit about 6-7 times and my blood was flashing, it's really hard to survive without a buddy to help you out, also reduce the amount of loot on the UH-1Y crashes and the spawns of them, I found about 7 in my first life and found 3 SAW's a M4 Holo, M16 ACOG, M16, M4, M4A1 CCO, M4A3 CCO and 2 Camo clothings, I understand it's more realistic if it's been a battle between the US and the Russians, but if it's a low pop server you can get filled with gear very easily.

By the way I'm loving the mod and I can't wait for new updates! I need to try out the structures.
