I can read the signs and that is all that matters to me...

If you want latin signs, make a map set in Germany/France/UK if you want, but then you have to make a new map... (different architecture, landscaping etc.)

Love to see them do a map up the north of Scotland or even The Highlands and Island, some of the place names are almost non pronounceable and i am a native haha! mind you Gaelic is a bugger of a language to understand!
