hey i just recently bought arma 2 and i was wondering how do you go into 3rd person view?

I think the default is the Enter key on the numberpad. Some servesrs don't allow 3rd person view, but that should be designated in the server name (normally!)

I'd load up the Mission Editor and just place a unit in the middle of the map - just so you can have a run around and get used to the controls!

Or use the many tutorials that are installed with Arma. They'll take you through all of the controls you need including driving and flying.

Hello there

In your keybinds, it's called "toggle view", just be aware that not all servers (either Arma or DAYZ) allow it's use, so sometimes it may not seem to work.
