OK. So ive been thinking about buying this game and im probably buying it tomorrow or sunday. I just wanted some basic information like what to do. Like i have steam and i wanted to know what to buy and what to do to install this mod. And if someone could post the basic controls for when i DO get it, that'd be great!

Here are the basics, but after a while you should consider reassigning some of your keys, all keys presses can be used: Single tap, double tap and hold.

Just use the in game menu and look at the key-bindings. Also, follow the tutorials that come with Arma, they'll teach you everything from walking to skydiving.

The best thing is to go to the private hive thread and search for one that fits your needs there. Try and find one with an established community.
