What video settings should i have for Optimum FPS i dont know what should or should not be disabled.

Well, speaking from experience playing on a shitty laptop. I had to turn every setting to lowest EXCEPT (and this setting by far makes the most difference, dont turn this one down unless you still cant play it with everything else on lowest) 3D resolution. 3D resolution should be set at 100%

Oh also, I've heard that you should keep Video Memory on DEFAULT as anything else (even lowest) can have a bad impact, this is just something ive heard, never tested, but ive heard it from enough sources/people to believe it and keep mine on default.
