Why do you wish to become a part of Renegade Corps: Looking for a good group to play with that uses military tactics but is not overly strict with how they play the game. I like to have a good time playing DayZ, not get yelled at when I do one thing wrong.

Hey guys, does anyone know how to use the portable gas stove? I combined it with a gas canister but I can't place it down to light it, anyone know how? Also, what can I use duct tape with?

That was really stupid...the game has updated 2-3 times so far. Its gonna be a while for it to come out with vehicles seeing as they bring on a lot more bugs. Also, it is a survival game, in real life it would take a lot longer than 30 minutes to travel 12 kilometers on foot. And if there was fast travel on this game...the game would be dead before the full release...it would kill the immersion ten-fold.

Hey guys, where does it seem like most people hang out? I have 2 hours on this game and I have only seen one person in Cherno? And you guys will probably say that you should leave there but the problem is, is my person gets hungry after 5 minutes of running so I find a can of food and then 5 minutes later I find another one and I'm hungry by then. So there is no way I can get up north. Also, haven't found a single gun yet...don't know if I like that or dislike that yet.

-[sAGA]- is currently recruiting a couple members for team play. Currently there are five active members. New players to DayZ are welcome! Just make sure you are familiar with the Arma2 controls first. Go into the Basic training before playing with us if you are accepted. About us S.A.G.A. (Stealth Assault Ground Air) is a tactical group who's main focus is team oriented gameplay in variety of games, which includes action games like battlefield 3 and Arma 2 to even co-op survival games/mods like Dead Island, DayZ, and WarZ. Our current focus is DayZ at this time. There are five current members at this time. We are in the age range of 14 and 34. Clan FAQ Are we Bandits or Survivors?: We are neither. Yes we do kill other survivors/bandits, but we rarely ever kill new spawns or unarmed players unless they seem like they are a threat. But we are also no saints, as in the harsh world of DayZ we will do what we have to do to obtain what we need or want to survive and succeed in our goals. Are we getting the standalone?: Yes. As long as rocket and the devs dont screw it up we will get it and play. We see this mod as a vital tool for training and working on teamwork and eventually reach the ultimate goal of having a friggin base!....but we will see what comes of that lol. The Future Down the line when we become a solid team of misfits to help keep us entertained the plan is to become mercenaries. We can hire our services out as Medic bodygaurds, Bandits, etc. And we are always welcomed to new ideas for the group! Requirements and what I am looking for in a member: Age: must be 18+ though will make compromises, you must play with the group for a bit first and we will then vote on it. Timezone: Eastern time prefered, but if you are close to it that fine. This makes it easier to get on on the same time to avoid scheduling conflicts. Mic: Prefered, as it's easier to communicate with then typing in direct chat. Voice chat program: teamspeak 3/steam/skype - unless you have something else better to use we are all ears. but we mainly use skype at this time. Language: must be able to speak english...or be understandable. Do not whine to give you loot! Even though we do work as a team and help each other, you must also be able to be independent! The most important requirement is to be willing to play on a private server. Our current server is TheRapeDungeon Taviana, but we are open to suggestions. Not any more or less hackers than most places. But the admins do ban them quick enough, from what I have seen. They do sometimes do a rollback depending on how bad the hack was. Please check your ping on the server so we know if you will have much lag. I am currently also looking into trying out the other private hives that host Namalsk, Lingor, and Panthera. One final thing I got the games finished downloading. I use DayZ Commander and when i try to install the "Arma 2" part using it, it says wrong cd code. I bought all the games through Steam so I have no idea why it isn't working.

I got this exact same error. No idea how to fix it. I am in the process of reinstalling all of my games for DayZ

It did it for all servers the other error was some nil thing. I'm trying uninstalling and reinstalling all games for it at the moment. But ARMA 2 OA on Steam is like stuck on downloading screen. Whenever I click resume updating it goes immediately to suspended and back to Update Paused.

Come on guys, I have been waiting five hours to play this. I uninstalled ARMA II OA and reinstalled and it is still doing the same thing. I have tried using Play with Six (Usually play with DayZCommander) But i get a different error. Tried doing it manually and launched Arma II OA and it gave the weapon error again. I REALLY NEED HELP!

Can someone please help me?

Today, I downloaded the newest updates for both Arma II and DayZ using DayZCommander. But when I tried getting onto the server I usually play on that has been updated as well I get this error. Data File Too Short '(Then it says where the file is)' Expected 37420111 B, got 10158848 B. Then it exits out of the game. Anyone know what is wrong?
