All I saw was a guy who had obviously killed some Zombies scoping out a town and you murdered him, hence your murder count went up not your bandit kills.

Objection, your Honor! The statement of the defendant is based on accusations. In the video, there is no evidence of the victim shooting people. We don't even hear him shooting at all. On the other hand, we can clearly see the defendant sneaking up on the victim, murdering him and taking almost all of his equipment.

Your Honor, if the defendant cannot present a reliable eyewitness to bear testimony to his statement, I would like you to instruct the jury to disregard said statement.

So, Mr/Ms adamater, do you wish to say anything before sentence is imposed?

I agree, all that I saw was a player sitting there with a weapon. There was no gunfire heard in the video, and your murder count went up instead of your bandit kills. I suppose that it's possible that he was firing at some zombies that you thought were survivors so you went and killed him, but that wasn't shown either. :/
