TBH i love the idea with dogs,I mostly play alone so a little bit of a company while playing when dark would be great,specially if dog can sniff zombies before you can see them in case you dont have NV goggles.But as poster above said it should be on standalone.

I hope there will never be dogs in dayz... Not because they wouldn't be nice addition, but because the model and the animation look stupid... Go to the arma editor and see for yourself... Maybe in the stadalone if they make a new one for that...

It should've been stated in the patch notes that it wasn't enabled. They could solve the problem easily imo. I think it should be a spawn choice. Male, Female or Dog. Forget AI Dogs.

Just imagine groups of feral dogs roamin' around the place feedin on dead players.
