kennethskogstad@gmail.com 0 Posted October 30, 2012 Hi, im thinking of start playing this mod for Arma 2!But the question is this:Arma 2 Combined Operation is a combination of the regular Arma 2 and Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead.I have bought Arma 2 back in the days, and then Arma 2 Arrowhead. Will i still need to buy the Combined Operation? or is it ok just with both those games installed? Thanks in adviseMirLo
lvg 1690 Posted October 30, 2012 If you just buy Arrowhead it will be fine, if you bought retail Arma 2 it will just be more work to get it working, where as if you bought it on steam and you buy arrow head on steam you instantly have CO

So im guessing i should be fine then? :PI got both on Steam, but it doesnt say anything about having CO. only shows as 2 separate games
rallye 89 Posted October 30, 2012 The only thing you will need to do is copy the addons folder from ARMA II into OA. After that, just download the mod files and play.

Fiddling around with the original addon flders can cause issues.I have a2 an OA on steam and play just fine without moving files.RgdsLoK
lvg 1690 Posted October 30, 2012 If you have both on steam, that is Combined Operations, you don't need to bother moving anything
barrett_killz 229 Posted October 30, 2012 First install ArmA 2, then install ArmA 2 OA in the same folder, and you'll have a kind of CO version. I did the same and it works.
