It could be fire from the back door (you didn't poke your head out) or it could be a bit of desync causing the player not to appear in front of you.

Or a really lucky shot from a sniper, could have had a watch from a good angle trough the front door.

It could be from anything i think from behind you they can shoot over the barbed wire.

It was definitely the back door, the gun shots are coming out my left speaker. They probably heard you running around in there and just peeked in for a sec.
