To change from NV to Thermal Vision just press N while aiming down the sights.

But to just normal scoping, no.

Why even bother with normal visioning? NV/Thermal is much better.

I have seen the skope glitching to regular scope with red crosshair. I were so happy the short moment it did it. It is huge thing in daytime to be able to scope with regular one on the side of thermal like this have. If here is anybody who shares the training for TOW-2 system you understand what I mean.

Edit: Thinking furter is it even possible to have thermal and clear sight on the same optics?
