Put in an application for an instance over a week ago, still no instance id, or mission.

I could understand if it were an issue of being busy, but i thought the new system was automated?

I'll pm the email i used to the first dev team member or applicible staff member to reply.

Same here, as I quote from my last support ticket that I've sent with no reply:

'Still not a single word, we close our former server for the data transition at 5/10, filed our request to change the IP address at 8/10 after we had installed our new server, as it's seems to take forever I order a new server instead at 11/10, and now it 0011 Hour of 16/10 in Thailand, almost 2 weeks that our serber has been down and wait for your processing.'

I had whitelisted my server around 23/9, successfully setup and run the server. The number of DayZ's player rose drastically, as my server also run 1 BF2 dedicated server, 1 teamspeak server, 4 counter strike global offensive. So, as logic dictated we need new server, we at Digitalkeystores.com decided to invest half a million of Baht in new server, put it on the datacenter and ask for the chage of our whitelisted IP. Partly my fault, as the support staff ask me specification of this new server and I mistakenly gave him wrong information about our server's connection speed and disposable bandwidth per moneth. I've tried to rectify the error, provided him with the address to contact our datacenter provider. Since then, no more communication from the DayZ staff, with the upcoming of the Walking Dead Season 3, I've concluded that they may be death or zombified.

My former server is Instance ID 12725 TH 1 112.121.151.19

My oder number for the new server is Order Number: 3389766527

Either change my whitelist IP address to the new requested one (112.121.150.61) or process the server registration ID quickly would be appreciate.

I myself work as the support for Digitalkeystores.com, also a game and serve admin. Hence, I'm fully understand how would the workload for the support staff is like, but this kind is ... far beyond acceptable range.

We at Digitalkeystore.com expect to host DayZ server for 6-12 months, which would yield a solid enough fan base and a strong potential customer for the Arma III (or DayZ 2.0, perhaps) Since we are the one of only two DayZ server providers in Thailland (The other is ArmaThai) that capable of providing a decent server services with relatively no price charge (compare to the rent server option which would inevitably involve monthly fee for the player to keep server running). We are expecting to here your answer soon.
