Recommended Posts

Okay so i bought dayz 2 dayz ago, been playing with my friend. Im always friendly i help those who need help. Now the one thing i dont understand is snipers, people on hills shooting everyone on sight, people who shot at a fucking guy with a hero skin! Why do that ? Like seriously im so annoyed!

It's just what they enjoy doing I'm afraid. That's the beauty of DayZ, you can find a role you enjoy and go for it. It's always frustrating being sniped but there are ways to make it harder for them. Better luck next time!

Why not? What gives you the right to dictate others play style? It would be a boring game without bandits, give it a few weeks and once you know the maps and the game mechanics there is not much left than to kill people for luls.

People kill for the sake of killing.

There's nothing more sadistically amusing than erasing someone's hard work with a simple click of a button.

That first time you jump out of a bush and hatchet somebody for a can of beans, a very special moment indeed.

Or tracking a noob for an hour in the dark scaring the shizzle out of them every now and again before lighting them up with a flare for that deer in the headlights look then pop to the face with your weapon of choice........all golden moments....you will see....yes you will see.

You scare me.

Scaring people is all I have left. Its near pointless to gear up with the mod in its current state :(

People will always kill in DayZ as no-one trusts anyone.

I barely even trust MY teamates XD

(keep a close eye on my chopper)

When the world collapsed into mindless mayhem, some people lost it* all and headed into the woods to snipe other survivors just for the lulz. If you don't yet know how to punish them, you need to learn how to avoid them. All part of the game. Also, there are other cities in Chernorus than Elektro and Cherno. ;)

* All their humanity

Edit: Awesome title! I ask that question constantly, especially when I'm having a bad day. Why man, WHY? The answer is "That's life."

It happens, don't take it personal or let it bother you. It will continue to happen. People most of the time are looking for a reaction.

the majority of folk ive spoken to about it kill to survive, but you put the spin you like on it so you can complain about the community...playing a sandbox game...how they want to...
