I noticed on our map we have as couple land rover vehicles. One is listed as an Offroad, and another is listed as Landrover?. Are these the same vehicles? I see a lot of different stats for them as well, does anyone know what the actual inventory slots are on these things? Thanks.

FUN-GAMING Tired of getting hacked? Tired of boring gameplay? Tired of no players on the server you play on? Join us on our new 50 man server we've been online since the 16th of December and since then we have increased our server ranking to the 100's. We have dedicated players that are on daily, survivors, hero's, bandits and squads. Hackers are dealt with quickly and smoothly and we try to guarantee loadouts and vehicles. At the moment we are locking our server at about the 30-35 player mark to avoid hackers jumping in and ruining the flow of games. We run gotcha antihacks and have at least one admin on at all times (usually 2-3 at peak times) If this sounds like the server for you jump online and see for yourself. Details for the server and TS below. -

Server is using a hack module of some kind. When spawning in, information appears on screen telling you to open a menu by pressing F3. The menu contains the ability to spawn vehicles, weapons, items, etc etc. This is a HIVE server.

Tired of things taking away from your game? I was too so I got my own server. I have many admins and run several anti cheats. Also generous to make things right when things go wrong and good loadout to start with. nuff said? Daddy -

It's true, it seems a lot server admins go overboard with the customizations... My private servers has a few, but mostly just to add a little more variety... The only modifications I made was adding a little more variety to the vehicles that show up on the map (extra models of the Volha and the Lada, police care and the AN2)... I also added additional vehicle spawn points, since the majority of the vehicles were concentrated along the coast line to encourage people to move inland to search for vehicles... That and a whitelist, to cut back on the number of hackers we were experiencing, but we maintain a regular population of 15 to 25 players a night (online at once, that is)... I don't really see what else would be needed, aside from small tweaks that would offer more of a (balanced mind you) variety of weaponry...

* Server this happened on: UK498 * Time that it happened including your timezone: I guess around 00:30-01:00 GMT, maybe slightly earlier * What happened during the incident: I had just been through a camp when someone appeared behind me. I wasn't too sure at this point but I asked him if he just teleported and he said he didn't. He told me someone had raided the camp there and stolen his vehicles. I said it wasn't me as I have never found a vehicle on this server. He then disappeared and reappeared again this time on an ATV - he didn't drive it out of the woods or anything, I saw him just appear on it, leading me to think he must've teleported. I quit at this point, although from the way he was talking it sounded like he was going to bring more vehicles. Not sure about a name or anything, sorry.

IP, 203.161.131.150:3302 No evidence, but posting this thread in light that the admins of this server get online asap as there is currently players dropping loot boxes, spawning vehicles and ghosting. This started to occur around 2pm NZ time. The server will likely need a roll back. I advise players to avoid this server like the plague.

A bandit in DayZ is someone who has chosen to survive by taking from other survivors. Banditry takes many forms, and can include burglarizing tents or vehicles or robbing other survivors at gunpoint. The latter is usually forsaken in favor of killing survivors for their gear because it's almost always safer than robbing them and you can then have your choice of all their loot instead of just what you know they have. For example, you have no way of knowing if a player is carrying NVGs if they are not wearing them. -

My server says unk and i cant connect just says connecting to host. Wont show up in commander either. May have been my fault i restarted a couple times trying to learn how to spawn vehicles. other than that YOU SERVERS ARE BAD ***. Way better than who i used before i love your setup!!! -

Spawning with Private Hives as Admins?

Proper admins will just play the game like everyone else, while trying to manage keeping track of cheaters/hackers. If admins spawn vehicles and equipment for themselves or others to gain an advantage, tbh they shouldn't be admins. If you're talking about modifying map spawns, loadouts and the like then that's different and entails the proper server tools to do so. -
Question regarding Server Saves

in general any server that appears to be modded, ie: 150+ vehicles, will be hosted on a private hive. -
You can test vehicles in the editor also by selecting EMPTY on the SIDE section. If you don't select EMPTY then an AI pilot and gunner will be added automaticaly. You can also use EMPTY vehicles as targets that don't shoot back or use unarmed vehicles with AI as moving targets.

just because you are the owner doesnt mean you have full hive access find the correct table that lists the spawned vehicles you have on your server now i thinks its vehicle_instance off the top of my head find a current heli swpawn and you can copy the line and paste it in just change the location so they dont spawn on top of the other one that is the only way i know of to select what vehicles that you want
