Det er en simpel dayz server som man kan downloade via dayzcomander og inde i Install/update. server navnet : [DK] DayZ Chernarus-Active [iDP]Admins-Extra buildings-100+ vehicles(1.7.7.1/Beta 103718)[Veteran]-hosted by Sercan server ipen: 5.103.54.191:2302 som i kan læse er der følgende. 24/7 dag tid, det vil sige at i næsten ikke vil have noget nat tid på serveren, men der vil dog være 1 eller 2 timer med nat. Der vil altid være admin(s) til at holde øje med snyder/scripter/Hacker, så i ikke bliver snydt. der vil være over 100 køretøjere, som vil bestå af 60% af dem vil være biler/buser/motorcykler 30% = Helicopter 10% = flyvemaskiner Vi har en masse Features så giv serveren et klik og nyd loadingscreen'et så skynd jer at joine...... hvis i har spørgsmål, kan i skrive her eller skype sercan.atici

I have to agree with everything mZLY said pretty much. To me a mod is a new game idea created using the engine from another. The trouble with all these dayz mods is that they are just dayz with all manner of changes to weapon spawns, skins, vehicles etc. All they've done is water down dayz for people too damn lazy to play the original game. If you allow the SA to be modded, it wont be to create a new game, it will simply be used for server owners to change the game merely to get players in their server. Some dayz mods are ok, but it seems like hardly anyone is interested in vanilla dayz anymore. All these people saying "if it weren't for modding the dayz wouldn't exist", and then no one plays the fucking game! They play some other variation with extra free stuff or whatever. If every game that was ever made was open to modding the world of gaming would be a mess. No one would be playing the originals, they'd all be playing some twisted abortion barely resembling it.

As in any warzone the best use of a .50 or simular high calibers is its anti material capabilities.Any sniper can kill a guy, not as many can kill a car. A legitimate reason would be for taking out rebellious bandit forces and their vehicles before the infection got out of hand. However, I would prefer they take the m200 from Arma 3 if we're going to have a military grade sniper. I think #1 it would leave the AS-50s notorious popularity with hackers behind with it aswell as being bolt action and generally just sexier looking.

Not killing your fun here. Origins has some modifiable vehicles...Never played enough to give a crap about it though. 100kmh into a wall I would like to see total destruction. Not a Burntout Paradise "Drive-Away"

first person on character, third person in vehicles. maybe that would be a good way to see your character and don't have someone exploiting it for seeing farther than one should...

This third person debate is dumb. There is a compromise, and a way to satisfy both sets of groups. Have FPS and TPS only servers, done deal. If thats not a possibility, then there's alternatives. Moving the camera to the left when you're trying to look around a corner thats to your right. Move the camera lower when you're proning behind a small fence so you cant see over it. Though I do like the idea of first person only vehicles. I personally only ever play in third person, even when it comes to shooting. And we all know shooting in third person is much harder. Even having a delay or a menu option for going third to first person would make it better, that way people cant change on the fly.

Greetings Community! This is my first time posting here on these forums. I have recently rented a Dayz Private server Via HFB after reading many sites for feedback. I am a relatively novice Admin when it comes to servers but i am a fast learner ;) I was Inspired to do this after experiencing this server which i am hoping to recreate with my own twists to play with my friends and others. I am trying to make a server on the Chernarus map that has the Epoch Mod enabled and the ability to unlock "banned vehicles" (Such as the ones that Rmod2.1 makes avaliable) I quickly learned when making the server it was not able to simply do this on it's own without the proper knowledge. And that i would likely have to add all the custom mods myself, and just use a standard Chernarus map pack offered by HFB. What I have Learned so far via searching is that it is possible to Unbann Vehicles where all players who log onto my server can see/and use them without the use of Rmod. So what I am trying to Determine is the following: How do I properly set up a Server on Chernarus Map - With Epoch Added? Where can i find the "dayz_anim" file on HFB as listed in this guide here? http://opendayz.net/threads/spawning-banned-vehicles-in-dayz-with-no-rmod-reality-servers.8855/ How do I go about adding things such as Sarge AI, Custom Weapons, Lighting in houses at night, Self Blood, Towing and so on? Are these just simply mods i must download and add? Hopefully I will be able to find my answers here, I am avalible to talk on TS3 or other comms as well for explanations. One day, within my first week of playing the game, I spawned in at Kamyshovo and ran to rog. Got some good loot so headed on my way. Not knowing where I was going, I found a Helicopter crash and I thought I was the luckiest guy in the world. It had Nvgs, Ghillie suit and an FN Fal. Well I decided that I needed to go into a town to gather some supplies so I went into the town in the distance, little did I know it was Stary. Well I was in the store when I see someone outside so I start to talk to him in direct chat when he suddenly shoots me and that's when I stopped being nice to everyone. Of course there are people I find on the coast and offer them lifts in my vehicles but most of the time I will kill them, freshspawn or not, their dead.

Hello fellow survivors, heroes and bandits! My names Mother Phuftbucket, (in case you're blind), and i'm here to discuss the extremely fun, Balota Buddies Australian Factions Server! Well at this point, you may be thinking, what the hell is a factions server and how is it different from other servers? Well I have compiled a few different questions for your liking that will give you a bit of insight into the server. What is Factions? Factions is a unique PvP server that sees the implementation of both independent, and player bases scattered all across Chernarus. An independent base, Indi for short, is a base similar to an airfield, but a lot smaller. These bases spawn high-grade military items and usually have at least one barrack or hospital, making these highly traveled places on the map.A player base, is obviously controlled by a player. Upon purchase of a base, the faction gets to design the base to their liking with very few limitations. A player base is safer to store gear in as it has custom GUID locked gates which prevent people from walking straight on in. There are only twos ways into a base. These two ways are either by helicopter or use of a few satchel charges. This makes gear a lot safer inside of a base than previously on a vanilla server. Apart from bases, what else is new? Well the server sees the implementation of several new vehicles and weapons such as the Lapua .338 Magnum and the Blackhawk Helicopter. With the upcoming implementation of Chinooks and Merlin helicopters, the server has plenty of vehicles to go round making it quite enjoyable to play on! Does the server cost anything to play on? To play on the server is absolutely free! You can play on it as much as you want for nothing! If you want to upgrade your gameplay that one step further, you can purchase a factions base for $40/month. If you are to purchase a base, you get a private TS channel (including sub channels), absolutely free! I hate to break to you guys, but when the Standalone is finally out , everyone will just be busy playing Battlefield 5 or Call of duty 15 . So everybody chill out . You're talking about the game as if it's on your computer right now . In fact , you talk like you are ALT Tabing between DayZ and The Forums . Who know how long this network bubble thingy is gonna take . And are you ready to walk around cherno with no vehicles . I'm sure Dean wants the best for his game , it's his baby , but Cherno is not small . Imo people will just hang out south till vehicles are finally in(it's an opinion, that's what I'd do) . Am not saying delay the standalone to the time of Battlefield 6 to get the new vehicles in , I think the old vehicle system is not that bad , I'm sure touching rocks and flying into the air can be overlooked , it's sustainable . I mean , would it hurt if the alpha is released with old vehicles . Some people *me* will keep complaining on the forums about it . I'm sure there are bigger issues that vehicles like *co...zombies..ugh* *cou..zig zagging...gh* . ;)

yea its my server , survial servers -Increased helicrash spawns -Custom helicrash loot -Remove parts from vehicles -Deleting garbage/barricades from the roads -Excelsior bridge - Chernarus -Vehicle tow -Custom loot tables ( you can edit the tables)

The issue with the script does not effect every server, as some clearly run more efficiently than others. However private servers that prefer to have many vehicles or run many custom scripts, such as self-bloodbagging or NPC survivors or take clothes etc. i've found are effected by this at the very least on somewhat occasion, and especially when the population begins climbing. I'm only offering people a solution to a problem if they actually have it, and if they choose to do something about it. If not, that's okay.

More shortcuts, less scrolling. I wonder why they must have double of triple ways to perform an action. I already have a switch weapon/handgun/grenade button so i don't really need it in the scroll menu, i would only need those to access a crate, open doors or enter a vehicle, there is already a shortcut for exiting vehicles, i am almost always one of the first to exit a vehicle in case of emergencies because everyone else scrolls. Pretty stupid imo that they keep this over 10 years, they could also have made a intelligent action menu that puts the action on top that is closest to do, i.e. only show "enter vehicle" when you are facing a vehicle door and ignore the crate that is to your side so you would have to face it if you want t access it then it would ignore the vehicle door. I don't need to be flooded with 10 action choices when i have 10 items surrounding me, i would want the one i am facing to be the only choice.

I voted more vehicles then normal, but what i REALLY wanted to see is a server that has very good performance. Like even when on a full server, in elektro, my frames don't go below 25. And these are around, but very rare.
