I've experienced that bug every single time I play. It's been reported since October 9th. Still no fix. https://feedback.bistudio.com/T185255 Zombies stuck on building roofs and flying zombies - and in general AI issues. Inability to shoot out of vehicles (and vehicle issues altogether). Basebuilding (didn't improve at all since first implementation), Gun attachments (long range military scope, suppressor for SV98, rail adapters for attachments), Spray paint, Several rifles that were removed and never reintroduced Broken arm bones feature Gun shooting mechanics (didn't improve at all since first implementation) All AKs have same shooting sound Hunting scope quality/damage doesn't affect the lens unlike other scopes. Animals bleeding out when shot. And many more but I think this is a good enough list. Why do I still have to tell my friends "oh it's just DayZ, that's normal" whenever some bug occurs? -
From my understanding, spawnabletypes is essentially a library of objects (and their associated attachments and/or loot) that can be spawned into DayZ. I'm also aware you can create custom loadouts of spawnabletypes objects which gets defined within spawnabletypes (e.g. fully complete vehicles with all of its parts & loaded with loot). Is it possible to create a custom spawnabletype object if it inherits its properties from a parent object. For example, say I wanted to create a Christmas Car (which was nothing more than a green Ada filled with Christmas present loot). I don't want all of the regular (green) Ada's to spawn in with Xmas loot...just the custom Christmas Ada's. I know that when you create custom events, you need to prefix the event name with (what i'm presuming) is the spawnabletype object name (e.g. VehicleHatchback02Christmas > which references the default VehicleHatchback02 (Ada) object). Which leads me to wonder, if its possible actually create a custom VehicleHatchback02Christmas object within spawnabletypes that inherits all of the VehicleHatchback02 properties (but could be customised to contain the Christmas loot), and could be referenced by the events and eventspawns.

hello, the game has been released for 3 years and the cars still need to be reworked. I will briefly outline my proposal for the interaction of infected and vehicles. • If a vehicle hits an infected, the same sound is played when the vehicle hits a survivor. Because now there are no sounds of this event at all. • When a vehicle hits an infected or an animal, it takes damage, either to the engine or to parts such as the radiator, doors, hood. • If the vehicle does not have doors - infected and predators can damage and attack players in the car. • If the Vehicle has doors, then the door itself will take damage from the infected. • Destroyed doors and body parts fall off (this was the case in which of your test builds, I don't know if it's possible to implement it, but if not, it's not).

Add the ability to close vehicles using lockpicks. A small addition: When closing the door from the driver's seat, all remaining doors, hood and trunk were blocked.

Very little map edits so that you can still get the Sakhal experience. Added custom dynamic events like heli crashes and supply drops. Also added custom dynamic weather events like an extreme coldfront and a volcano eruption. Stay indoors or in a vehicle or have a heat buff to avoid the negative effects of the coldfront. Stay indoors or watch out for raining fireballs during eruption. Added custom spawns for dinosaurs and spiders. Added AI (Bots), balanced and scaled and setup so that it is very hard to tell if they are bots or players and feels like fighting other players. Base building is simplified, only tents and cabins. Sleeping bags are your territory flag, place one and create a territory on it to be able to respawn on it. They are not required to place tents or cabins. There is a trader, however it spawns dynamically in a random city and moves after every server restart. -

I'm going to start by saying this, to everyone on the DayZ Dev Team. Good job on what you have done so far for everyone on DayZ. I have a suggestion for a vehicle, somebody could have already said it before me. But if it is at all possible, it would be great to add at least one of these two vehicles. An armored Humvee that can be drivable, as everyone sees a ton of wrecks around both Chernarus and Livonia. You have the basic look for it down, and I know making stuff like that work is pretty hard. But you have already done such a thing with the M3S Cargo Truck. And my other idea is to add boats to the game. Like small fishing boats, I could care less about the Militarized skiffs. Something small and practical would be nice because some people do like making bases on the outer Islands of Chernarus. And it makes it a little hard to make these bases without a vehicle to move the stuff across the water. But enough about me asking about these stuff, I know you are all busy. AS any noticed that the wheels on all on vehicle are still move turning as they stand still still. Also when being attacked by zombies they are ab le to hit you from top of vehicles. and again in a town called Cebepomopck (frostline map) there is a tent thats got oil rig inside and fence around the tent. please let me know the outcome of this. hope it help out the community.

Let's start from the beginning, my server does not show the modifications that need to be configured to join the game. The thing is that if I load them manually I can enter the server. If I remove about half of the mods the launcher starts showing them. Then it adds them one by one and works until a certain point, I think I found a faulty mod, but after removing it I still don't see the server mods in the launcher. lifetime of the items in the types file to 3888000 should resolve that but shouldn't be needed, Usually I only set Vehicles to 3888000 -
Welcome to REIMAGINED. We are a NEW UPCOMING SERVER focused on PVP without taking away the survival aspects of DAYZ. JOIN OUR DISCORD NOW: https://discord.gg/gWX5zdD9Zb THOUSANDS OF DIFFERENT NEW ITEMS: Lots of different armor, helmets, uniforms and others. Almost no player will look the same on this server. Many different types of weapons with deep customization; every weapon has a unique price and rarity depending on how good it is. Lower-tier weapons are actually useful. There are many medical items with unique effects, so you always have a different item for a different situation. Sleeping bags (very balanced to avoid abuse), IRPS that, when opened, give different types of rewards, etc. A METICULOUSLY BALANCED ECONOMY: High-tier stuff can't be bought until you have enough reputation (the highest tier requires lots of reputation). Loot is properly balanced (food, for example, is balanced by calories); high-tier stuff isn't easily found. Good player progression: the more you play, the better stuff you will find. TONS OF QOL MODS: Things like managing your inventory inside vehicles are possible; you can eat, drink, and do other stuff too. Cars have better traction, repair kits can be combined, items like ammo are automatically stacked when double clicked, inventory sorting can be done, almost all items were resized, items can be continuously repaired, and so much more. OTHER STUFF WE OFFER: Custom storyline quests with a unique plot (we currently have 30 quests ready with progression-based rewards and difficulty) as well as many different daily quests. AI Bosses (which are very challenging but spawn very good gear), AI Scavengers, and AI Events that occasionally spawn around the map. Keys, keycard rooms with alarms and global notifications, and four helicopter evacuation points that lead to the safe zone. Custom-made locations: Safezone, Blackmarket, Health Resort, Custom Airstrips, and many others. Many premium mods, things like realistic car radio with tons of different stations and songs, and others. Leaderboards, weekly rewards for being the top player on certain statistics in our servers. We've replaced vanilla base building with RaG. A base building mod that allows you to build simple cabins to store your loot. They look great, straight forward to build and work really well with the map. Add code locks on top of that and we're good to go. Its new! we need to build a player base. Balance adjustments- Base building items like hatchets and saws have been durability buffed. Logs stack to 2 and can fit in the largest backpack. Lock your vehicles with car keys. Cars have otherwise been untouched.
