Would like to see certain wildcard cars, with no storage, that respawn after x amount of hours of not being used and cannot be saved. That would be awesome. So many servers have all the vehicles hoarded. -
more vehicle spawns + the new vehicles? no That would be to much vehicles. but yeah more different vehicles would be nice^^

How to properly reset vehicle spawns?

Vehicles should despawn if not used after 7 days... As for the rest i believe u are stuck with them, as they will reappear at server restarts -
first off when u find a vehicle u can "save it " so after rebooting server, only the loot will reboot, second of all, All the "clans" on the server have probably take all the vehicles so far north you can go , and hide it in the woods. gl hf to find them... they will only respawn if they crash it :)

this is the vehicles, guns, grenades, and features i think they should add and please be positive so they really get added there are alot of vehicles but i just think that they would be useful and good for roleplay vehicles, HMMWV [uS], HMMWV Utility [uS], HMMWV (Ambulance) [uS], HMMWV Terminal [uS], HMMWV SOV [uS], HMMWV GPK (M2) [uS], HMMWV CROWS (M2) [uS], Military Offroad (M2) [Takistan Army], MTVR (Ammo) [uS], MTVR (Repair) [uS], Supply Truck [uS] , MTVR (Fuel) [uS], BTR-40 (DshKM) [Takistan Militia], Stryker ICV (M2) [uS], Offroad (DShKM) [Takistan Local], Pickup (PK) [Takistan Locals], UH-60M [uS], MH-6J [uS], An-2 [Takistan Army], Merlin HC3 [bAF], AH-6X [uS], guns i dont have many ideas but here they are, flaregun, flamethrower, object spawner that spawns things from a list of stuff like small walls or working doors, M32, Mk16 CQC Holo, AKS-74 Goshawk, Sa-58P, Revolver gold, M60E4, static mounted guns, DSHkM Minitripod, KORD Minitripod, Searchlight, grenades, molotov cocktail, shrapnel grenade, features, raiding or repairing destroyed vehicles around the city, more vehicle spawns, vehicle customization for example, spikes, plow, armored plating, armored windows, spiked tires, reinforced bumbers, mounted guns, light rack, headlamps, stuff like that, remember plz be positive so the creators see that you like it and maybe even really add it all or atleast some of it so there you have it EDIT: and what i mean by more vehicle spawns is that there should be more i mean almost every vehicle in the world is blown up in a apocalypse that is nearly impossible yeah alot would be damaged or in phone poles but no they are all blown to hell with nothing left

If implemented I'd suggest making it a vehicle, like a Utility Truck (Repair): - would require multiple generators as well as standard parts and fuel for repair - could only function if the vehicle was immobile/engine off, this works since the towers would be man-portable anyway. -the generators would eat at the trucks fuel supply, forcing you to balance potential movement with duration of jamming. -recolor vehicle to sand color (if necessary) and make engine noise play when the generators are on, keeping the vehicle just as noticeable as an antenna would be -due to generators and additional fuel the truck would have no additional cargo capacity, room for a driver/single passenger only. -it would be considerably slower than similar vehicles due to added weight of jamming equipment, generators, and additional fuel. I think a better solution to ghosting/server hopping to farm should be sought, but as a player driven initiative for it and as a gameplay feature for the end-game and groups this seems like a decent solution imo. It would be difficult to find, and even harder to fully repair and then move given that it would be a massive target in the open. If the jamming items are carriable like an antenna/generator then people will find a way to dupe and spam them over large areas. -
Hi, We recently rented a managed DayZ server, but it is looking like it is a 'recycled' server: There are tank traps, sandbags and barbed wire in all the major towns, and vehicles are nowhere to been seen. What does one do in cases like this? Rebooting the server doesn't seem to reset things, or is this something that needs to be done in-game with admin commands? We're not looking for any advantage, but would like to start off with a clean slate for everyone. thanks

At this time we are encountering some problems with vehicles spawning on new servers. We are working diligently to correct this problem and your patience is appreciated. I understand not having vehicles on your server is extremely frustrating but please know we are aware of this issue and are working on a solution. To clarify, yes, this is only an issue with new servers. We understand that vehicles are a huge and needed addition to your servers and we are working on fixing this issue and getting everyone up and running. -

Just got killed by a hacker up north where I found 2 tents and 3 vehicles with 2 hacked items, AS50 AWS and M4 Holo SD. I failed to get a screenshot cause I got killed by the hacker. There's only 1 other guy with me in the game at that moment. His IGN is Jarvis. I encountered this hacker at around 11:30 PM GMT +7. I couldn't ban him cause I didn't have the privilege as a full admin yet. -

The time you spend running around to fix up and fuel the cars would probably be longer than what it would take you to just run up to nwaf area. Then there is the probability that it will be gone the next day or two. The chopper might be worth it since you can at least use it to find camps and vehicles and loot and destroy them. At least if you destroy them right. Remove everything from them then save them and then destroy them. -
FYI: US 1550 - Downtime Today For Migration

FYI US 1550 will be down sometime today, for an unknown length of time, while it is being migrated to a high end/high bandwidth dedicated server. In addition to a dedicated server for US 1550 there will be the addition of a dedicated TeamSpeak server for players to use. TS details will be listed in the MOTD when the server migration is complete. Also, the dedicated server that US 1550 is being switched to will have enough bandwidth to host extra servers. Hopefully, once the dedicated server is up and running, I'll be allowed by the DayZ staff to host a second server number. The ultimate goal is to give "my players"* the ability to choose between day or night, depending on which server they choose, as I plan to have the "in-game" time 12 hours apart. I've been assured that everyones gear, camps, loot, and vehicles that are currently tied to the server will be safe. Any questions regarding the server migration can be directed to me at [email protected] Thank you in advance for your patience in dealing with the server downtime. ~Gravel/DrainBamaged Note: * "my players" refers to any and all players that play on my server(s), and not any particular group or clan. -
Today CS:Go can be bought :o. If anyone is near devils castle and wants 2xNVG's a coyote backpack, l85 +3mags, as50+2mags maybe not full, 4 svd clips, 5 bizon mags, rangefinder, map, military flashlight you can have my stuff. I wont be playing dayz much until they fix vehicles, tents & graphic bugs I'm in Europe and wont be online next 24h but after that I'm glad to pass my gear

I have noticed that in ARMA II there is a distinct lack of being able to flip ATVs. It is annoying when an ATV is on its side and you cant access it, especially if this is your only form of transport. You should be able to flip an ATV, as it is realistic and due to not being able to flip them over, people lose interest in them. Does anyone agree that flipping atvs should be put in the game?

I wanna buy a server but server without vehicles sucks so thats why im asking -
Updates are being applied today. Yes there are vehicles, It's a new server and vehicle spawns are based on the age of the server. As time goes on they will spawn quicker and more frequently.

When the vehicles are spawned, we'll make sure they're properly spawned on all currently active servers. -
It worked only 1 time for me :( The game realy is no fun to play when u know all vehicles / tents are useless :( I realy hope this will be fixed asap

The vehicles have not yet spawned. I am on Day 8. I have decided if the cars don't come by the end of the month I will have to cancle my server and play on other servers that do have vehicles. I am trying to keep in mind that it is a free mod that is in alpha stage. -

Im sure weve ALL done it at one point or another... Could we have an option or button to cancel action, for things like packing tents, repairing vehicles, or pretty much ANYTHING that requires a character animation to do?
