What? That has nothing to do with it. One of the reasons DayZ is special is because it forces you to adapt. Instead of finding a new, easier server, you have to learn from your mistakes.

Servers always go for the easy option. Almost no one would play the actual game.

Except the humanity system is flawed. A person can get a bandit skin for trying to protect his friend after he gets shot or defending a newspawn. You're not a hero for killing someone for wearing something. In real life, cops are hero's. They risk their life to make sure no one gets hurt, not even the criminals if they have any say about it.

No. Cops kill bad guys in the act. This would just be strait up murder.

I don't think an IPad or Ipod or Android phone has the capability to to run a game like DayZ. So no.

Rocket talked about this in a recent interview. He said it was possible, just not likely because there was a ton of work to be done with animations.

This is one of the best humanity system ideas I've ever seen. I mean really. It takes most people months to come up with an idea as cool as this. You are now my favorite new guy. I think we could fix this.What if the animations were designed so that it would be difficult to tell them apart. An experienced player could kind of figure out their intentions, but a new one would a tough time figuring out what they're going to do.

DayZ standalone most likely won't use skins. This has been discussed by Rocket. Also: Seriously? Murdering players to get a Hero skin?
