You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Building one is the best option. And $630 Isn't going to get you a decent gaming computer. (In fact for 630, the term "gaming" computer won't even really apply. And if you think: Buy cheap and get a good GFX card, just no. You're going to run in to all sorts of problems: bottle-necking, compatibility issues. etc. In short, save some more (1000 at least) and build yourself a decent one.

Personally. I'd much rather buy the parts separately and build the thing myself. (Or even get a shop to do the building if you don't trust yourself, it'll still probably be cheaper. Ignoring everything else. If it isn't in the original game, it's a hassle to add to the mod. (Modeling, Scripting etc.) So it's not likely.

That is a sure sign. Hackers are truly ruining this game. So I've moved to a private hive and the past couple of days have been the best time i've ever had in DayZ. Vehicles are plentiful yet not hacked, and people are nice enough to not shoot you on sight (most of them anyway.) And BY FAR the best thing of all. No hackers, and even when one tries to weasel his way in, the admins are always on and ready with the quick ban stick.

All of the ideas I like except for this one. The whole purpose of the bandit skin as to DISCOURAGE being a bandit, considering the clusterfuck DayZ has turned into. So I think that Bandit skins should have negative traits. Such as being slower etc.

This is a very good idea, or multiple bolts to an ammo slot. It's just silly that you could carry a 30 round clip OR 1 crossbow bolt in the same space.

But rocket has no control over BattlEye which does all the banning?

Another one to add to the list that would be a bit more common I think than the military vehicles as these are quite popular with the taliban etc. I'd also like to see a mechanic where you're able to shoot out of the vehicles as a passenger in the standalone.

As everyone is saying, it's hacked. And i'd drop it if I were you. Wouldn't want to cop a ban because of it.

I agree, with side channel it was a lot easier to find friendly players and an overall more enjoyable experience. (You see someone in the distance, ask over side chat if they're friendly, no reply, you can steer clear. etc.) But the idea is realism. So there could be a compromise where an item such as a radio (there was an interview where Rocket mentioned something about adding in these to help players communicate or something) or cell phone which would open up side chat. Obligatory: This is an alpha, they are testing things out to see what works and what doesn't.

Have heard of people getting banned for using scripted / hacked items. Which is why I tend to stay away from them.

This x 1000 You have no idea how annoying it is if you're trying to play on an American server and you get kicked off of most of them with a ping of ~210.

Well the gun is definitely scripted / what have you. Did you pick it up or anything? BattleEye doesn't ban people for no reason.
