Bandits aren't really a problem but deathmatchers are, I feel. Yes it is a sandbox game and the whole point is to play the way you want but in a sense, it isn't a complete sandbox game because you're given a scenario and you choose the way you play within that scenario. And the thing is, bandits fit into the 'theme' of DayZ while deathmatchers... don't. I know I (And my mates) had a lot more fun on this mod when the majority of the people playing already owned ArmA 2 and OA before DayZ was released. No, I'm not going to tell them to go play CoD, but the thing is... this IS a mod, you can play ArmA 2 without playing DayZ (That is what you bought after all). So if they just want to shoot at each other, there are other servers still running non DayZ missions where you can PvP / PvE AI with guns all you want.

I use it in the steam overlay. But I don't see your problems with the ads, mine never minimized it when I had it on an external browser. Just get an ad blocker or something.

Of course the flies would increase in mass the longer the body was there. Or if there is blood pissing out of the body or merely leaking, would work also.

If you mean when it just says: "Loading." and nothing else. Some servers will leave you on that for a while before you actually get in game, sometimes you'll get stuck on there as the server is broken.
