    Although i'm weary of hacked items and never interact with them, according to BattleEye, that shouldn't happen, as long as your not the one who actually ran the script to spawn it.

    I've had similar issues where I'd get gear on a server, hop onto another and it'd all be the same stuff as I had X amount of time before. It sounds like a de-syncing issue. Don't quote me on that though.

    Yes, building a pc would be a much better option. Very few laptops allow for graphics cards to be upgraded, and the ones that do are really expensive. For more info: http://www.geepu.net/external-video-card/

    Yeah... it's not really possible to upgrade a laptops graphics.

    I don't see a problem if you have a ping of less than 250. And yeah, max ping kicks do get annoying.

    If you want more people on your server, enabling third person would be a good idea. I don't play on servers with 3rd person disabled because the 1st person system in Arma is shit to use for pretty much everything apart from shooting and a few other things. But the majority of the time you aren't shooting, you're running or sneaking around which is much smoother in 3rd person.
