Well laptops can be (almost) as good as desktops. I have an Alienware M17xR4 with I7 12 GB ram GTX 675 graphics and everything works just fine on highest settings (dayz, battlefield 3, skyrim, crysis, and more), but you've got to pay almost the double amount a desktop would cost. for me, 1000$ more are worth the mobility, but if you dont wanna pay that much, get a gaming desktop with the same setting but half the price.

well it actually is a good idea, still there wouldn't be less aerial domination because big clans could still take over the three and thee would be even more aerial domination. I totally agree with you that repairing helis has got to be more demanding and the parts should be much more rare.

I think this is a great idea. DayZ has to be much harder and i think this would give people a reason to actuallz team up even if they don't know each other and don't just shoot at the sight of a survivor. I totally agree with you on the weapons topic, that there should be hunting weapons on deer stands and not military loot. As for the NATO weapons, that's the story of ARMA II, the US are invading the country.... But: that's definetly what we need

This is AWESOME i mean thats like what DayZ is about... it exists till april now and its slowly getting boring. adding this creepypasta stuff is the best way to add a story to the game without getting it ruined by the wiki immediately... just think of it: if I were a game/mod developer i would do it just the same way, by introducing mysterious stuff to the game. I mean, DayZ's intention is to be playable endlessly, but the moment you add a story to it, that is ruined. But by setting up a story that is somehow live and that the whole community has to contribute to, the game gets different and better then all others. And to everybody that says fake: Even if its fake, this thread is great and I enjoyed reading it.
