This wont be enough. I had something similar, but could pack up my server once i got 30 players online. Now I moved to: Intel i7-7700K OC 4c/8t - 4.7GHz /5GHz 64GB DDR4 2400 MHz SoftRaid 2x450GB NVMe + SoftRaid 1x4TB SATA 250 Mbps bandwidth -
This is live on our server as well. We added the weapons from redux and dayz plus in the trader.

Havent figured this one out yet as well. I can speak to people as an admin, and see their messages. But they wont see eachothers message.
