    well then you should go have a look at the private section and read abit mate. theres alot of server advertisement there, some very good, some good and some not so good hehe. But thats a great place to start :)

    all you have to do is search "lingor install" and start reading mate ;)

    its entirely up to the server settings mate, and since it can cause alot of trouble using different betas, my server is locked to one version at any given time only. alot of stupid bugs actually comes from having an old or to new beta version. Know how to downgrade?

    well. if my server runs 96493, then you should NOT download 96584 untill i get the server updated :) and pls just keep an eye on the mainpost. it has all the info about versions you could ever want, and gets updated on a regular basis

    just fyi mate, i believe the cpucount, memory and exthread isnt needed after patch 1.62, as it automaticly figures it out now. i deleted it and improved performance more then when i had the code in start parameter. ive also got a manual installation guide for steam in my server thread, if its needed :)

    no idea mate. on steam you always have the option to "verify chace integrity" or what its called :)

    ok mate. let me try. I really hope it helps you, as it has helped alot of people before :) one very important thing is the possition of the folders and to make sure you got the AddOns folder from Arma II copied to Arma II OA folder *VERY IMPORTANT* else you will get a million errors. Your Arma II OA folder on steam should look like this, folderwise: @dayz @dayz_lingor @dayz_lingor_island AddOns EDIT: Just realized you fixed it :facepalm:

    ive just gotten the log file spam sorted, so the server should run smoother and connection should be easier :) keyword "should" EDIT: It seems to work, we got 14 people online and no lag or anything, so come people, play with us :wub:

    rofl :) your welcome mate, our very own carebear, how sweet ;) It seems like the internet list is the best way to connect now, after the new IP and stuff.

    server is up. wayne says to filter byrgesen and remove ping limit, as it for some reason shows as 2500 EDIT: Both wayne and mak had no problems finding it on the internet list. so drop the IP and go filter the internetlist. remember to remove max ping as the server shows as 2500 for some reason...

    Well on my server we created dedicated ares to go to and get endgame action(pvp and stuff like that) :) have a look at my signature and see if its something for you guys.
