    Performance tanks after 12.20.2018 update

    I don't seem to have this problem but i've only been around Tisy. Running 56 - 60 FPS but my FPS is locked at around 60.

    Server Hardcore

    Bordertown doesn't use mods at all, so everything we use is Vanilla. However, we have seperated loot slightly so that the majority of weapons you find are AK's for assault rifle (it is Eastern Bloc area, so why would M4's be all over?). we moved most of the nato equipment to Tisy, and we're 'trying' to make ghilli spawn in Tisy (no success so far) we enabled some of the working items from the server files. We're a roleplay server, so that's something. We also prefer people to be on our discord before they join so they can get an idea of how the server works. KoS = Kill on Sight, meaning shoot first, don't communicate, don't do anything other then attack.     Testing Persistence

    I just tested zombies aggroing and they seem to work right now. Fired a shot at Tisy tents, every single one of them ran into a tent to get me.

    My servers fairly hardcore.... we didn't turn off anything, there's no mods. It's organic roleplay and we allow KoS... i'm not entirely sure what you're looking for. We didn't tweak anything on it, we just tweaked the database a little.

    The game is still in early days of release. Please be patient and allow the Devs to work on things before doing this. They're actively trying to help the community and this isn't constructive.

    I can 'technically see how this makes sense considering bullet holes will ruin a tent so rain leaks in, air leaks in, etc. I don't agree with the damage model though, but please remember this is early days and the DEVs are actively working to fix a lot of the current bugs.

They did exactly what they said, the price went to 44.99, exactly as it says in your leaflet... so... am I missing something? Is the EUR higher or something on your steam?

    Sad about releasing DayZ as a V1.0 in this stage

    Broken Hit-Detection - Ghost bullets, unload your magazine and the bug is fixed. Broken Physics - Never experienced it, not sure what causes it. Broken Persistence - Server crashes have always caused issues, in any game, this isn't just a DayZ problem. Server crashes are also caused by stressed servers or just modded all to hell servers. My community hasn't had 1 crash or a persistence issue since release. Glitchy AI - I still say this is a server issue, not a game issue, because we don't have this problem on Bordertown. Glitchy PlayerController - Never seen this in all the streams i've watched, videos, etc. Worse FPS - This is a server issue, or a PC issue, i'm running steady 58-60 FPS on Extreme / High graphics. No problems at all on a 1080. Disappearing/Morphing player model - Only time i've experienced anything remotely close to this is character not being saved on death, but it's an easy fix. I'm sure there was already a "Jesus christ 1.0 sucks thread." but thanks for making another one, bud. I'm sure we needed to have it. -Why did they descide to release this as a V1.0!? (Except for the "money" fact so they can release it on PS4 (=no EA allowed), and christmas sales.)- This is hearsay, the devs haven't given a reason and this is an opinion. Unless you have basis on why it happened, then share a link. Until that point, you and everyone else have been happily spreading this conspiracy theory because that's what it is, a conspiracy theory.

    I am right, you stupid ass. Because if you read the post BELOW, DIRECTLY BELOW this video it tells you what is going on and how to fix it. Just in case you missed it : When you pick up a mag with ammo already in it - even if its half full- Do NOT just top it off with more ammo- make sure to empty it to EMPTY, and refill it again. This will sync the mag with the server. Me and my group do this all the time and never had "ghost Bullets" - knock on wood.. That is LITERALLY the next post below it and you didn't read it, you just showed ghost bullets from someone else's video. No perspective, nothing.     Yes, it has. We used to farm the mid barracks in north west airfield for hours by emptying the barracks, leaving, crossing the airfield and coming back. At some points the loot spawning was worse, I wouldn't say 200m, but... 400 - 500, maybe less. I just know we ran to the other side and back and it would all be returned.

    I agree to an extent. They're working on it, people just have to be patient. If you've waited 5 years, you can wait a little longer. The Dev's generally seem honest in wanting to get this where it needs to be, but this toxic ass community needs to get spit.

    Loot farming has been in the game since vanilla days of Mod. I'm not entirely sure how you expect them to fix that problem without forcing respawns only to happen on a server reboot... which that's kinda dumb. ;p

    Balance issues such as? Bugs by added content such as? I mean the ONLY major bug i've experienced was us implementing an unfinished Smersh vest on my server to find out that the bag appears at your feet when you attach it. All these posts i've seen about people finding game breaking issues, I mean I don't see them, nor has anyone else on my server seen / experienced them.

    Again, game is fine. You have more then enough content available to play and enjoy the game as it stands. You keep talking about hit detection in other posts, i've not experienced hit detection issues once. What damage system are you talking about? There is no damage problem. As I carefully explained to you in another of your threads, nobody in this thread location can read / fix your plethora of game breaking issues that you are experiencing. Maybe, just maybe, put in a bug report about it? I mean I told you that in the other thread and yet you're still whining about it without doing anything. The only problem my server has found has been floating Ada's and we found a way to fix that, so.. I mean I don't know what you expect here.

    I'm sorry, maybe I was not clear enough for you. Let me try again : THE OP IS WRONG, IF YOU ARE HAVING PERSISTENCE ISSUES THEN IT IS YOUR SERVER, NOT THE GAME CAUSING IT. MY SERVER HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR A WEEK NOW WITH MULTIPLE INTERUPTS DUE TO ME BRINGING IT DOWN TO CHANGE THE TYPES.XML. WE HAVE NOT LOST ONE TENT, ONE BARREL, ONE VEHICLE. NOTHING IS MAGICALLY DISAPPEARING OFF THE SERVER DUE TO PERSISTENCE, THEREFORE, IT MUST BE ON YOUR SERVER THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM. TRY A DIFFERENT ONE. Not sure if that is going to be clear, so if you need further explanation feel free to express your lack of understanding. Dunno, we're running a community server on Fragnet so... maybe it's the fact we have a different hive?

    We don't care. If you don't like the game, leave, we don't care. You people pissed and moaned about the game being in alpha for 5 years, so they pushed it out. The game is not a train wreck because of the devs.. (well it kinda is) but because assholes like some of you want stuff now, now, now. Now you GOT it released and it's a nightmare and still, you piss and moan about it in thread after thread. Seriously, just go, we don't need every other f@$%ing thread stating the obvious. The game has issues, there are more of your crybaby threads here then there are bug reports, so stop bring part of the problem and give the devs some slack. Post about the positive and stfu about the negative.

    Ok? He missed the first round? If it's hipfire, hipfire is super inaccurate. Twitch has shit FPS sometimes, I stream 60 fps and it comes out as 30 or less due to just how twitch is. Again been running 58-60 FPS since they fixed. Not sure what you want people to say, it ain't the game.

    Borderlands - Organic roleplay. Community server I made changed to, hosted by Fragnet. We have not built walls yet but I've had zero complaints about vanishing stuff since launch other then weapon flashlights.

    Your persistence is screwed because your server is crashing for whatever the f#$@ing reason. The persistence works fine. My servers been running since 1.0 and we've had tents since then. None have disappeared, none have gone away, no items have poofed. It's either your host or your server, or server admin dickering with stuff he has no business dickering with or all the above. The only persistence issues I've found are weapon flashlights on my server vanish once you log out on the AK. Other then that it's good.

    I'm running on my community server and I have 58-60 FPS steadily, no issues. For that matter after the initial frame issues my server and the players there (which is hosted by Fragnet) are having no frame issues whatsoever that's not caused by PC issues. Not sure what to tell you.
