I got the same impression too .. The player was clearly about to try to do something . .. .

It could be that you have a high ping . . .Official servers set the ping limit to 300ms IIRC For my server, I allow high ping players . . .. Other Community servers probably/possibly do the same .. My players come from around the world .. . The highest stable ping I see is below 400ms, but its the transient (high) ping that could be killing your connection .. .

I think its a nice idea. A medical splint could be plaster of paris for a leg break (clean fracture easily reset in the field) For the more complex fractures ((compound/spiral etc) you would need a titanium plate etc. But I dont think you would survive the operation in the field without full medical support .. . . so maybe beyond current Dayz capabilities So I would assume all broken bones are clean fractures .. . . so plaster of paris and bandages, to make a leg splint. Plaster of paris (a bag maybe the size of the bag of rice) mixed with water . .. bandages wrapped round the leg.. .. and plaster of paris applied and allowed to dry to solidify it . . .

I run two Dayz servers, 1 - stable server, running 1.10 with mods has a rock steady 60fps 2 - exp server, running 1.11 with no mods has a rock steady 30fps same game pc, same server pc, identical settings ok, I found the issue

The admin controls (spawn in etc) are through mods such as VPP+, Zomberry and Community online tools with community framework. These allow you to add players to a list, that are to be permitted admin power . . . An example command line for your bat file is below with DZSA launcher support . . . start DZSALModServer.exe -config=serverDZ.cfg -port=2302 -dayzserver=DayZServer_x64.exe -adminlog -doLogs -freezecheck -nocharmenu -noFilePatching -BEpath=C:\DayZServer\battleye -profiles=C:\BEC\Admin "-mod=@CF;@Community-Online-Tools" Init.c used to have some code that had the same function as above, but currently does not function The BEC used to have some admin functions, but that has almost all gone now.
