game chat seems to be hit & miss for me too!

i would rather see someone use an alt acct for weapon storage as opposed to burying them in the woods, at least if stored on alt like a walking sea chest the weapons will still spawn.

sounds like a desync issue, did you happen to switch servers or log back into the same one? if it was the same server then you were desynced

I find whenever something in my inventory won't work i.e. water bottle or food, just log out and relog back in, usually works 🙂

yeah it's not a good idea to sit still in the car, if you have to stop to look at the map it's much safer to get out of the car!

Yes! parking inside a building, no matter how large is going to be trouble! We have never had any good luck parking inside, even a large empty building...

zombie hit damage vs clothes has been toned down, however wolves vs clothes is a very different story!

I was at Tisy last weekend and could've had at least 6 after that run, and loads of vss mags too, on 4218

866 hours for me, and still loving it!!!

I also have had this happen out in a field behind some houses, popped off 1 round (only 1 round at a time as I don't have a magazine), head shot to drop an infected with the MKII and 3 others came running from 10-15 meters away. The infected i killed also had not aggroed so his battle cry did not attract the others, the only explanation I can come up with is that the sound possibly echoed off of the houses which were about 10-15 meters away.

I have also had this happen recently, however it only changed my position to the location i was only moments before i logged out. I jogged from one end of town to the other for a safer spot to log out and when i spawned back in the next day I was at the previous side of town standing in the middle of the road...

You can in fact defuse the the placed land mine, it just ends with an all expenses paid trip to the beach 😜

I find that small out of the way towns and buildings usually hold decent loot, never pass up the shotgun - easy to find, ammo is plentiful and it is deadly especially at close range, also grab the Mosin it is a great ranged weapon and i find it is overlooked a lot, the ammo can sometimes be a challenge to find though. Never be scared to head inland sooner than later you can get a surprising distance on very minimal supplies and can usually find more loot to keep you going. Just be wary of your surrounding when using the shotgun as the infected come at you full squad when they hear it!

Glow sticks FTW! they last for a looooong time lol, worst case scenario, flares are always useful just don't last as long as glow sticks and make you a bigger target

We've had good luck keeping cars persistent, but you must interact with them regularly, take an item out put another item in, start it up and drive it around a little. This goes the same for generators and construction lights, you must interact with them once in a while otherwise they will despawn...found that out the hard way! or should i say the Dayz way lol. Oh and keep the cars ready to run, don't remove any engine parts like the rad or spark plug or they will disappear.

vitamins do help! i take one every time i log on, it helps the tetra heal you faster. anytime i'm sick from a zombie hit its cured with 1 dose of the tetra instead of multiple. as far as i know the sickness you get from eating uncooked meat is still not curable tho

agreed, this is a total pain in the a$$

speaking of ruined suppressors, i had a pristine pistol suppressor on my IJ and after 6 rounds (half a mag) it was ruined...fml
