Don't worry guys the devs are on Craig's list looking for a used Nintendo64 to replace the burnt out amiga500+ that blew up running the servers. Once Sandra from Texas lowers the price enough and sends it via Fed ex to BI headquarters we will be good to go. -
A dead zone slider would be nice , hell why not a steering sensitivity slider also, once steering consists of more than hard lock left or right that is lol.

Prepare your butts for a full server and character wipe people , this looks like a problem that only gets fixed fast with a full server hard reset. I could be wrong , I hope I am for all those base builders, loot goblins and stash hiders. -
I'd advise using a high stamina character build with an AR & melee weapon for dealing with infected. The new wrench will triple tap infected if you go for those head shots. Carrying as little as possible, like a few backup mags and a couple of boxes of ammo and only ever have a canteen & a few cans of food but eat everything else you find as you find it. Also pro tip, eat and drink until you get the full stomach symbol in the bottom right hand corner , this way you'll be full on calories & hydration and make sure to use chlorine tablets on our water now as food poising will make you burn through hydration even faster when in the rain and cold. Plus throwing up will pretty much empty your stomach of food now too. but the lighter you are the better, once your soaked through you'll lose 30% of your full stamina atleast. Once your dry again sometimes your stamina bar bugged out and doesn't increase back , if this occurs drop something from your inventory and pick up or drop all clothes etc and pick up again & it should force a stamina bar reset

Yep hit them up in social media but it's like 2am in the Czech Republic on a Saturday morning so I wouldn't expect miracles. Hopefully it'll rectify itself soon enough, but doubt a devs gonna jump outa bed , cruise down to a server hub and hard reset it tbh. But who knows maybe a third party company maintains the servers so it may only take a phone call. -

Yep the Amiga 500+ running the servers blew up lol, I too am database locked and with the overall server count in Europe (less than 100 players) I'm assuming it's a mass crash and lock situation. I don't expect to be released from from database purgatory until the server I was on restarts which could be hours away. Lol GG game, you win this time . -
Thanks for the development update ImpulZ , I'm particularly happy about the upcoming rearranging of clothing inside inventory , as an OCD gamer this will be very welcome, having to drop all clothes on logging in and rearrange them everytime was killing me lol. Good I on the rendering/fps fixes for the xbox one, I saw an exceptional fall in both with the last update and any sized town is basically a no go zone at the moment so any improvement there would be very welcome. Thanks again for the info , I'm sure it'll put the community at ease, as far as I'm concerned to could push small updates out every other day and wipe my character and stashes all day long if it's going to add some stability back.

Hey I just tested it again, my bad your right it is broken but it's not static. It does change direction but it's direction in quick slot doesn't correlate with the direction it shows in hand. So it rotates in the quick slot but north isn't true north. Guess something in the update misaligned it's animation in the quick slot.

XBOX ONE X Lag/Processing/Connection?

Don't worry it's not your hardware it's the software lol & if it's any consolation the OG xbox one is worse. If I'm in electro, berezino or cherno I can literally look at an empty field where I know a town should be for over ten seconds before anything starts to render in, add weather effect into that equation + a sprinkle of sound breaking = brain bleed lol . It's just a buggy as hell update so hopefully sooner rather than later we should see so I fixes roll out, as in my region I've seen servers go from 10 full servers on update day to one and a half full in less than a week. Think a lot if players are worried there consoles gonna blow up with the crashes and xbox firing up everytime you turn away and then turn back and have to re render everything -
Yep I like the screaming alerting more zombies, but it's be nice if I could hear the zombies scream, or even see them before there beating the sh*t out of me. For me they tend to render in about two metres away, gotta love that original xbox one lol. Also the classic zombie seeing me through a house whilst I'm crouch walking ;'D

Hey I just picked up the original compass not the new orienteering one and it still rotates in the quick for me, maybe it's just the new compass that's broken?

Also frequently getting a bad crash loop, my game will crash, I'll reload the game, join a server & just as my character is about to join said server, I'll crash again. its not server specific as will do it on any server no matter how many times I reload the game. The only fix is to hard reset my console and then reload the game, I've have this maybe twice during every hour of play time on top of all the other crashes. I've been averaging them about every twenty minutes, from numerous different reasons & I'm not picking up the shotgun so who knows. Currently sat trying to play after the games crashed 8 times I a row and that even after three console resets, I may has to give the game a break as I fear it's damaging my console at this point.

Got a car up and running, just a bit of feedback but nothing the dev team isn't already aware of I'm sure. The steering sensitivity is very high & definitely hasn't had it's arc altered for thumbstick movement, it's either forward or hard left, hard right with nothing Inbetween which leads to a very clunky experience full of zig zagging fishtail movement, a new thumb stick arc and a separate sensitivity slider for steering control in the options would solve that I think. Also the gears become misaligned with what the HUD Displays ie reverse will actually give forward motion occasionally. Traction seems like a big issue, you can be at full revs in first gear and it won't climb even a low grade incline without a large run up . if you get stuck head on and do need to reverse it only seems to function if you put vehicle into neutral, go full gas and switch to reverse whilst at max revs. Also so the car model is floating about five in-game inches of the floor. anyway it was fun but unfortunately almost undriveable if I'm honest, we eventually clipped a derelict car going at approximately 20mph and the physics engine gave up and we went soaring into the sky atleast 100metres and the speedometer should 400kph before we crashed to earth, went through the ground and under the map. When this occurred we logged out and back in again only to be stuck in a perpetual fall animation about 3metres of the ground until we logged a few more times which eventually fixed the issue. I love the fact that cars are implemented and being tested, that's what game previews for so I'm not hating on the development , just giving feedback & offering some friendly advise to other survivors. Drive at your own risk & prepare for a unique travel into space if you hit anything at any speed. oh and nearly forgot, if your in the car and moving and a zombie or player walks into your car at certain angles the player/infected Are launched into the air quite far, this occurred & caused the two of us in the front seats to have a game crash I believe.

I've had zombies spawn ontop of me too, in towns and even inside rooms in military barracks. I'd kill one then go in my inventory only to start getting hit by two more in a closed room. Not even clipping through walls just straight up spawnin ontop of me. It doesn't help that because the sounds so broken at the moment that even though zombies are aggro'ing on you , you can't hear them running up on you at all, you turn around and there's a horde charging you lol. And don't even get me started on the bright white low res floating torso zombies that are only partially rendered in

We definitely need a separate sensitivity slider for steering , I'm a high sensitivity player when aiming so even the slightest touch of thumbstick even just a gentle tap translates to fish tailing all over the road or doing a full 180 lol. But it's the first iteration of vehicles so I'm sure with future development/updates it'll handle better and be able to go up hills without a run up (4x4 vehicle my ass lol) . Also anyone else noticed the car models actually floating about five inches of the ground?

Oh Sh*t I never even thought to try repairing them. I'll try ASAP, guess if you can you'll still have to catch them before ruined. I'm assuming eventually you'll be able to repair them even if you can't now. As soon as I work it out I'll post my findings on this thread, but even if repairing is an option they should definitely rebalance them so more shots can be fired before ruining. Just my opinion though

Yeah I ceremoniously snuffed it lol gun in mouth syndrome, got bored of my character. He just was never the same after being in full earth orbit & then the nether realm lmao. I'm a lady now

Yep I've had that occur to, same as barrels and tents at the moment, they definitely dissapear on a server reset and sometimes at random. But the mines definitely work, got a server hopper kill the other day at NWAF . Hear footsteps in a barracks I'd just looted so someone's just logged in , in a bloody barracks trying to hop for loot,so crouch walked my way to front door, place mine, dude comes sauntering out with a huge Alice pack geared to the teeth, boom! Hopper go sleepy time. His bag had more loot than the NWAF in it's totality would have including three assault rifles. Hoppers are weird

The biggest issue is some people have rain/fog on the same server and some people don't. I'm assuming it's a de-sync issue, so you could be running in the open with no visibility whilst a dude with a long range scopes tracking that headshot from range with clear skies and full visibility. Me and a few friends had confirmed this happens fairly frequently with suction oars screenshots .reported the issue through the tracker .

It's pretty realistic depending type of surprise or, you'd have to at least change the baffling inside the suppressor after multiple rounds. But I think there just not balanced yet and will most likely last longer in the future . Think the improvised suppressors and definitely bugged ATM too as they can't be removed after there dead plus on my testing I found they drastically reduce damage potential of any weapon there placed on.
