My money goes for today, they usually release on Tuesday, it's kind of a rule when it comes to game developers lol.

Cross-platform between Xbox One and PS4 is definitely possible, look at Fortnite, Rocket League, even the new Call of Duty.

My money go on tuesday. Game developers really love to either launch games or updates in this day of the week lol.

What i feel is that Bohemia shouldn't hold a update in a platform just because the other one went wrong. If this is a Playstation issue (which they clearly stated on the post) they shouldn't hold Xbox back. The developers of Ark do this, they release the update on such platform even if the other one didn't pass and launch on the fault one later when it's fixed. It's the second time already, remember how they pushed back 1.03 on Xbox because of the Playstation launch ?

Don't hold Xbox One players because of Playstation, next month is gonna make ONE YEAR of the game on the platform, we are waiting three months suffering from meatballing, dupers and hundreds of issues. I remember you guys saying that we had to wait three months for the update because of the Playstation launch, now we have to wait until next month AGAIN because Playstation failed the certification process, what the hell man ? Edit: just read on a facebook page that Ark Survival Evolved devs don't hold updates back because of a platform, if something fails on PS they still launch on Xbox while PS get later and vice-versa.

Well they dont spawn because dupers destroyed the loot economy and the update that was suposed to fix got delayed again.

Place your bets guys, last week of the month, they have 3 days now.

I think it might still come this week, they delayed by only around 2 days if the report is not wrong.

The update might still come this month though, devs made a bet with a guy on twitter: If they don't release the update this month then they would give a copy of the game, if they release the guy would have to give a copy of the game for a follower, they are confident about it, because someone on twitter reminded then about the bet and they aswered ''not yet''

So the update was delayed to august ? Nice, hopefully by a ''couple days'' they actually meant 2 days lol.

I think we can rule out today too.

Devs said on twitter that they will release a more comprehensive Q&A of the private servers on the ''upcoming days'' so we can expect to see this week and hopefully the update by the end of it.

Apologize, im excited for the casino update on gta online so i confused a little.

If the DLC doesn't launch today or tomorrow then i can only hope it launchs at the beginning of next week. At the minimun until Thursday, last day of the month after all.

Though this was issue with my controller, glad to see it's a issue in-game

It's quite the contrary actually - Elder Scrolls V skyrim - Fallout 4 - Surviving Mars - Cities Skyline Those a few games that i know on Xbox One where mod support is fully supported, specially the first two mentioned, where the mod support is the best. This is not the case with Sony, they do indeed are very restricted, you can see on Skyrim and Fallout 4, where the mod support on PS4 is extremely lackluster and it's a shadow of the Xbox version.

I believe the change in engines might be to accomodate consoles ? I might be wrong but it might be a reason between many.

Looking forward to the new fixes, i still don't know how private servers are going to be but if you can customize it (number of zombie and loot spawns, regulation of thirsty and hunger, etc) i might rent one so i can make the game a little more realistic/survival oriented.

How do private server work ? You be only able to enter when the owner provides a password or everyone can enter but the owner can configue the number of itens and zombies spawns, etc ?

It works but it's kind of useless unless you are role-playing, you have party chat after all.

Honestly ? Just another Battle Royale, doesn't seen to add anything new to genre, we are so saturated with BRs that honestly i don't even care about it.
