How many Injured poses will there be? Will there be much more Infected poses and movements in further updates? Will there be a Dance animation?? xD

Have faith that the Devs know all of this and probably have an adjusted Camera view on the New Player Character that is Lower and Closer to the Body as to not allow exploit. This is by far not the first time someone has stated this topic, including myself at one point haha

I'm not sure I agree with things getting overloaded, but I would perhaps like to see another great big forest in this Western Expansion ^_^ I do believe that when everything is said and done with adding the new goodies, as well as the Stamina system, the world we think is huge will be gargantuan at that point. -- What would have taken 10 minutes will take like 25. Who knows! I'm excited with whatever they give us <3 . . I just want cars on Stable so I can play with silly RPers hehe

Ooooh man :D So much awesome goodies! I LOVE the pictures of the new areas and the whole idea of more Western Expansion! Hopefully the issues with .61 EXP will be ironed out so we can move forward and see a lot more!! Thanks so much Devs and Baty :D

Any official opinion regarding a gamma exploit fix?

I wonder if it would be possible to impose a server setting that kept brightness and gamma at specific levels. Or just give players a Field of Vision that only expands out to 50 meters in the dark, passed that distance would just be pitch black unless the player had a flashlight or light source in that area. -
Well then, it's not just me that tries to read the books haha. Yeah, seems they're bugged or the interior information was deleted. -- Basically just tinder for fires now xD

Thanks so much, Hicks, for all the hard work you guys do and letting us know where things are with Development. Honestly, even with the flaws and issues that arise occasionally, DayZ is still one of the most communicative titles and I just love that. I don't know how far away fixes are for these issues, but I trust that all these things are underway. As for the new technology that may be better to implement than a quick fix, what kind of timetable would that take, I wonder? -- I guess it doesn't matter as long as it gets done :) -Question: Where would the Devs like to see Vehicles? - How many more iterations are we away from a Stable release of them?

Hey guys, I just put this together a test for what I think would perhaps be a much better plan than the strange Rough/Precise Skill System the Devs briefly touched on for the Soft Skills. I think that a negative reward system can only be bad and won't make any sense in any logical RP sense - Chopping wood making me worse at sewing, for instance. I think that a growing, yet limited, 'grinding' system is absolutely fine. . as long as it is limited by the day. Lifetime Perk On a scale of 60 Base Stamina where 1 Stamina is used every second you spend sprinting, gain +5 Stamina per day survived, up to 12 day cap. This would double the Stamina scale to 120, essentially allowing you to run from 1 minute to 2 minutes. This is also assuming that the Stamina system will recharge .5 every second as long as you aren't in jogging mode (Not Sprinting, just moving in basic jog) - Walk or not moving only. In this way it would take 2-4 minutes to recover the Stamina bar, based on your Lifetime Perk. Strengths - ⦁ Lumberjacking, - For each Lumberjacking task performed, increase speed by 1% of action, up to a maximum of 100% faster. Maximum of 5% gain per day. ⦁ Carrying, - For each 10 minutes that Carrying limit is reached increase maximum Carrying Capacity by 1%, up to a maximum of 100%. Maximum of 5% gain per day. ⦁ Endurance - Each full day lived increase Health by 50 all the way up to a maximum of 6000 Health, a full 1000 additional internally. Precisions - ⦁ Medical, - For each Medical task performed, increase speed by 1% of action, up to a maximum of 100% faster. Maximum of 5% gain per day. ⦁ Mechanics, - For each Mechanical task performed, increase speed by 1% of action, up to a maximum of 100% faster. Maximum of 5% gain per day. ⦁ Farming - For each Farming task performed, increase speed by 1% of action, up to a maximum of 100% faster. Maximum of 5% gain per day. Skills - ⦁ Skinning, - For each skinning action performed, increase speed by 1% of action, up to a maximum of 100% faster. Maximum of 5% gain per day. ⦁ Fishing, - For each fishing action performed, increase success rate by 1% of action, up to a maximum of 100%. Maximum of 5% gain per day. ⦁ Driving - For each 10 minutes spent inside of a car increase car handling by 1%, up to a maximum of 100%. Maximum of 5% gain per day. Soft Skill degradation up to Servers, but in Vanilla perhaps every day not played reduce 1 Soft skill at random by 1% up to a reduction limit of 5%, thereby not destroying players who don't get to play everyday, but lowers their abilities decently to reflect their inactivity. Soft Skill Ranks - Ranks at which skill degradation cannot reduce lower once reached. Novice (0-24% Faster) Adept (25% Faster) Expert (50% Faster) Professional (75% Faster) Master (100% Faster)

A good, fleshed out idea! - However, I am sure that this is most definitely one of the more requested features. In fact, I think about a year ago, I also requested for such things. If the Devs did include this into the game, that would be wonderful. I am 100% sure that the second part of your post is on the way with the New Player controller, which will hit soon in Beta :) On a RP level, both of these features would really change up the world in a way that's realistic and fun. Awesome updates guys! Really looking forward to some footage of the new visuals! Also, the new HUD sounds neat. I wonder how it'll be implemented and reduce the cost to immersion breakage from it :) One more thing, as a DayZ fanboy, these waits between SRs is totally so hard to do!! Can we get any word on the implementation of other Infected designs? -- Like when will they begin to break down doors?

I don't know if I'm just elitist about this game or what, but all I can imagine for the Negative Reviews is basically whining PvPers because the game hasn't gotten any new guns lately and Oh! The environment can kill you xD When they fix up vehicles really well, I'm hoping the game will feel more alive for new and active players.

Hey guys! Just like the majority of you, I'm so excited by the progress of the game and see such awesome things coming to the EXP soon enough! However, I've looked over old SRs and the 2016 in Review page and keep seeing the words Beta Milestone and got curious if it was actually going to be like a huge upload of content in one go - .63? Am I wrong in assuming this is coming in a giant cluster with most of the New Player involved, or will they be coming in incremental updates as usual?

We're playing a hardcore survival game, my friend. If you'd rather something easier, there's always The Sims or Battlefield 1? Without the imminent chance of death for any slip up, this game would not be the danger ride we all wanted. And for realism, the environment would most certainly kill you if you aren't prepared. Take your deaths in stride and find a way to beat it. I suggest watching some tutorials, maybe? Surviving spawning in the rain is absolutely doable and honestly not that hard to fix with a fire and some patience.

Well, this is definitely disconcerting, but I'm sure that as things pick up and more and more is added, the rating will flip back to a positive. But players do need to realize what kind of game they're playing and the state of it's progress so far.

So I've been thinking that it's a bit silly that we wear the raincoat as a shirt and thought perhaps it'd be a good idea to just turn the Raincoat into a Vest Object where you can have a torso beneath it. The penalty to the raincoat would just reduce the space within to 2 slots, as realistic pockets. Constructive criticism? (Also, wearing the raincoat would just take over the texture of the torso object beneath. - That way there'd be no clipping of textures.)

Haha seems like that. I've seen so many freshies running in the rain suddenly fall over dead due to hypothermia. . When they could have just chilled in any house nearby xD Perhaps when the game is completed, there'll be more actions available while within structures for the impatient. - Like grabbing up the blanket off beds to keep warm, or starting a mini fire in a bucket xD -
The newest patch increased the Infected's perception by quite a lot, as if you were fighting other players who could hear and see just as good as we can. It's quite a surprise, but I don't necessarily think things are going to get easier from here, even if they do scale down their visual and audio perception. Just think, there's going to be more predators and the Infected will be able to bash down doors. I foresee a lot of us being screwed haha

It's still on their Trello and the latest video Baty threw up showed they were still working on the Network Synchronization for the vehicles - I'm assuming that means other kinds of vehicles as well, such as Bicycles and Helis.
