    Besides the fact that it should be a lot more zombies, one thing bothers me the most. Zombies should be harder to kill. Way harder. And they should hit a bit harder aswell, or have some kind of "wrestle" ability, grabbing hold of the players and pull them down/cripple them. I would LOVE to see that zombies die from a high calibre headshot, and takes 10+ shots to the chest. But using a weaker gun like .22 calibre would take at least 5 shots to the head. This would also improve stability since you wouldn't have to nuke the servers with the undead in order to increase difficulty, just a fair amount of hard-hitting, really tough bastards roaming the cities. I'm sure this has been suggested before, and a lot of other gamers would love to see this aswell.

    Plans to keep DayZ pure?

    Ehm... SVD? VSS? :P Might not be what you call "high powered" irl, but in game they sure are xD And i've been KoS'ed multiple times, but for some reason, only on american servers :P They just run up to me shouting "friendly", then shoots me in the face point blank.

    Rifle Bags

    I've read about wanting the ability to carry more rifles, but i'd like to stay on the Realistic path in the apocalypse. Sure, zombies aren't real and all that. But everything else should be! I would love to see a Rifle Bag that can fit 2 rifles! And it can be used the same way as tents. Either you use it instead of a backpack, or you can carry it in your hands. When it's empty, you can fold it to fit about 4 slots and put it in a backpack. This way, players would be having more realistic issues when carrying to much, and as long as weight isn't a problem, this could work a long way. For example; You're in search of weapons, and have the folded rifle bag. You find 2 rifles of your liking, unfolds the rifle bag and put the rifles in it. The problem now is, you're over-carrying! So you put your main weapon on your back, take the rifle bag in hands and try to make it back to camp/vehicle! This would further improve carrying, and probably increase social aspects of the game (trading and such maybe). And yes, i'm pro PVE rather than PVP. But the idea would be useful in both.

I'd love to see some form of real life movement, like the fact that you can run full speed and do a 180 without actually falling over xD They would have to rework the character animations all together, but i love the idea! If they added a stamina-drain, after running 10km with 50kg of packing at full speed, you probably will fall over and die. So being able to trip on terrain when say, at about 10% of stamina remaining, would be logical.

    Weapons suggestions

    I would like to see less military weapons, and more "everyday-use" like hunting rifles and such. And i would like to see less spawning of them. Sure, there are military areas, but if you'd look at it as real life events, the military wouldn't just "drop their guns and run" :P And not everyone has a gun so you wouldn't find a gun in every house. Should be something very rare if DayZ wants to follow "real life situations". If a gun was your only chance of survival, would you leave it at home when running from zombies?

    Colored Tint Status Appearances

    I would much rather prefer some sort of movement imparing effects than annoying screen effects. Hyperthermia = Getting out of breath and need to stop, maybe falling down on knees gasping for air while forcefully ripping off the jacket or clothes. Hypothermia = Limbs getting numb, you almost drop your gun, can't aim at all and getting tired/falling over before passing out. Sick = Grabbing your stomach, hulking every now and then before throwing up etc. Bloodloss = Slowing down drastically, falling over, can't raise arms when (for example) holding a gun. This would be more realistic.

    Perks/skills/professions/stats

    IMO, instead of everyone wanting something to begin with... Why not just start fresh, and if you remove a battery from a flashlight, you damage the flashlight but get better at electronics! Or if you remove a tire from a car, you do minor damage to it, but you get better in removing it the next time! Just like in real life. This to me feels more like real life progression.

    Basic Hygiene

    I both agree, and disagree with this one. Thinking about how people want to play their characters, if someone wants to look dirty, they cant because they have higher chances of getting infected etc. It could work if "to clean" would result in getting sick easier aswell. So you had to balance everything of being somewhere in between. I still prioratize loads of other things in DayZ now, but would be nice as a final release-thing :)

    Double Carry Primary weapons

    I'd say, instead of carrying extra rifles in the melee-slot (noone in real life jogs around with 2 rifles or more and a backpack on their back), why not make a rifle-bag? Like the tents, you can have it on your back to carry more than 2 rifles (instead of backpack or on place for rifle on back) or carry it in hands! Makes no sence running around with a rifle in your hand, and 2 more on your back while running with a fully loaded backpack!

    Status Report - 14 May 15

    A game, named DayZ, with basics of "zombie survival", without zombies? I'll keep to the experimental, as long as there are zeds, without them, i'm not playing.
