Not to experimental. Experimental is for potential stable branches not for demos. However there is the possibility they could open another branch for the demo.

I'm gonna assume you don't read the SR so I'm gonna make this easy to understand: Seeing as it would be a waste of time to fix all the big issues in a engine that is only going to be replaced, the devs are fixing them for the new engine (Beta). So stop crying, they are working on it. -

Well it's not that realistic... There are variations of Kalashnikov rifles which can mount NATO attachments. But they are not very common within most branches of the Russian military. The guns we have in game certainly don't allow for any such attachments.

If you can't find enough food it's because you are bad at the game. I have never ever starved to death in DayZ. Food is easy to find if you look for it.

respawn option while unconsciousness

It possible to stay unconscious for hours on end. So like other have said maybe put a time on it. Say if you are unconscious you need to wait 3 minutes before you can use the respawn. -

Underground Structures/Caves/Bases

Lighting is a part of it. But the bigger problem is creating the area to place an "underground" object. DayZ's (and Arma's) map editor isn't as easy as some others out on the market, you can't mold and shape at your own leisure. When it comes down to it, it's just not worth the effort. -

I have to disagree with you here. I find the "inventory strafing over objects" method way more immersion breaking. I shouldn't need to open my inventory every time I want to check a car for loot. Sure, the prompt they are using right doesn't look great but I'm sure that is just temporary while they get it working.
