I'd rather see them gone than become common loot. I'd like to see a heavy handed strike against dupers too.

The main problem is that ammunition and weapons are easily available. I don't think people would be much friendlier, but with more limited rescources, we might see an increase in robberies, instead of murders. Imagine only having 4 rounds left in your revlover, knowing you'd have to make due with that for a day or two. You come across a few unarmed survivors and decide what they got, you need. Do you waste your few rounds, do you try to coerce them or are you all out of ammunition and try to bluff them? If they run, do you allow them to run, you might shoot and miss, four rounds could be more usefull against bandits, than on a few illequipped survivors. Leave the more pleantiful ammunition piles at the military camps and the military weapons too. While deer stands and barns only drop hunting rifles and shotguns and with very limited ammo. I'd really like to see deer stands downgraded to civilian/hunting/survival loot and ammo spawns reduced to as much as 25-33%

What specifies a bandit is someone who murders around 30-50 survivors and no bandits.

This real game has had this feature since 2001, but you're still welcome, even if you only just bought it for DayZ. :D

However player B, knows what player A is capable of and have to take pretautions accordingly. Also we assume player B approves of 3rd person view, since player B is playing on a server that allows it for both targets and campers.

Why pick the no gun option, if you can pick a gun and loot the no gun option loot from the n00b you just murdered?

Keep designated spawn zones, both for everyone there starts out without weapons, for people to progress north and for death having a consequence, respawn = run distance.

If you're going to communicate with anything other than the sound of your shotgun blast, you should do it from cover. You shouldn't assume everyone else is friendly, just because you are. :D

I never use the drop button, unless it's trash. I use the < arrow in the left inventory window.
